Adept Rocketry - Ordering InformationClick here for Printable Order Form We accept orders that are mailed in, phoned in, or sent in by Fax or e-mail. Our phone hours are 11:30 AM to 3:30 PM (Eastern Time), Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Full payment must be included with each order. We accept money orders, checks, cash, MasterCard and Visa. A personal check will delay the order somewhat until the check clears. Cash orders may be sent by registered mail for your protection. Sorry, we cannot accept COD orders, and we cannot accept "Purchase Orders" unless payment is included. The signature on the bottom of the order form is required (if we do not already have your signature on file within the last year) for any order including an active device, any device capable of controlling igniters or explosive charges. Your first order of this type must be mailed or faxed to us, or scanned and attached to an e-mail. Active devices can only be sold to individuals. We cannot sell active devices directly to schools. Orders are generally shipped within one to two weeks of receipt. We ship orders by First Class Mail or by Priority Mail and add appropriate insurance at our discretion. LIMITED WARRANTY and DISCLAIMER STATEMENT Adept Rocketry and Adept Instruments, Inc. warrant to the original purchaser of a product that the product is free of defective parts and workmanship and that it will remain in good working condition for a period of 90 days from the date of original purchase. The product will be replaced within 90 days of purchase if it fails to operate as specified or expected, if returned, with postage paid, by the original purchaser and if it has not been damaged or modified in any way, or serviced by anyone other than the manufacturer. Adept Rocketry and Adept Instruments, Inc., their owners, employees, vendors and contractors shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages or for loss, damage or expense directly or indirectly arising from customer's or anyone's use of or inability to use these devices either separately or in combination with other equipment, or for personal injury or loss or destruction of other property, for experiment failure, or for any other cause. These devices are sold as experimental accessories only, and due to the nature of experimental electronic devices, especially when used in experimental carriers such as rockets, the possibility of failure can never be totally removed. It is up to the user, the experimenter, to use good judgment and safe design practices and to properly pretest each device for its intended performance in the intended vehicle, or reasonable facsimile of same, under controlled conditions to gain reasonable belief that the device and vehicle will perform in a safe manner, and to assure that all reasonable precautions are exercised to prevent injury or damage to anyone or anything.
